What is the Dunkin' Donuts Card?
The Dunkin' Donuts Card is a rechargeable shopping card that you can use to pay for purchases at participating Dunkin' Donuts shops or online at shop.dunkindonuts.com. It is easy and convenient and makes a perfect gift.
What if my Card is lost or stolen?
If your Card is registered, we'll freeze your remaining balance at the time of your call, transfer it onto a new Dunkin' Donuts Card and mail you the new Card. Just call us at 1-800-447-0013. If your card is not registered, you must treat your card like cash. We cannot replace it if it is lost or stolen.
Why does the back of my Dunkin' Donuts Card have a scratch off panel with a number under it?
The number is your Personal Identification Number (PIN) or ID Number (ID). You need this PIN/ID# to check your balance and transaction history, recharge your Card, and auto-recharge your Card on DunkinDonuts.com. If your Card does not have a PIN/ID# on the back, please contact customer care at 1-800-447-0013.
How can I check the balance on my Card?
Your balance is always printed at the bottom of your register receipt. For an up-to-the-minute balance, check your balance online or call 1-800-447-0013. You can also check your balance in any participating shop by giving the crew member your Dunkin' Donuts Card and asking the crew member to provide you with your balance. No purchase is required.
Where can I use my Dunkin' Donuts Card?

What is Auto-Recharge?
Auto-Recharge allows you to put money on your Dunkin' Donuts Card automatically. You must register your card to use this option. There are three flexible options that you can choose from. 1) You can choose a specific day of the month to add money 2) You can choose a specific day of the week so that each week new money is added 3) You can set the Card up so that new money is added only when the balance on the Card drops below a certain level. With all of these options you can choose the amount that you would like to add to the Card. These options can be modified or canceled at anytime by signing into your account on DunkinDonuts.com.
Once I set up Auto-Recharge for my Card, when should I expect the recharge to occur?
• Time based recharges will usually occur by 12:00 PM ET on the day you request.
• Amount-based recharges will usually occur by 12:00 PM ET on the day after your balance falls below your set minimum.
How do I turn off Auto-Recharge?
If you have already set up Auto-Recharge and want to turn it off, follow these steps:

What fees are charged to my Dunkin' Donuts Card?
No fees are charged to your Card. It costs you nothing to use the Card and any money that is left on your Card will not be charged a service fee.
Why is there a $1.00 charge on my credit card statement?
When you set up an Auto-Recharge account or when you update your credit or debit card information, a temporary $1.00 authorization is processed to ensure the credit or debit card is valid for future automatic recharges. This $1.00 authorization is not an actual charge, but it does temporarily reduce your available credit. The authorization is normally removed by your bank within two to three business days. If the authorization is not removed within several days, please contact your credit or debit card institution for additional information.
Can I receive cash back for the remaining balance on my card?
Card value may not be redeemed for cash, check or credit, unless required by law.
